Section 300
<br> considered public property
The following property for public purpose shall be considered as public property:-
(a) A house, land, sewer or road existing since time immemorial,
(b) Wells, pandheros, panighats, wells, ponds and their dealings,
(c) Cattle exit, Gouchar, Khark, Burial ground, Graveyard, Masanghat, Graveyard land,
(d) Pati, Pauwa, Deval, place of religious worship, monument, monastery, temple, chaitya, monastery, stupa, mosque, Idgah, graveyard, church, chowk, double, chautari or any such land,
(e) land where there is a market, fair, place of public entertainment or sports,
(f) Private property provided by someone for a public purpose,
(g) Other property designated as public property by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The ownership of public property shall be with the concerned public organization or the Government of Nepal.
